Lamai is Chaweng's smaller sister, another fine withe sand beach with good swimming and lush tropical scenery all around but slightly less developed in terms of the big international resorts and chains. It has the same type of long shopping and entertainment strip as Chaweng.

拉邁海灘毗鄰怡翁，摧有一樣的幼白沙灘及熱帶情調。少了些大型豪華酒店，令地顯得較為悠閒。但購物及娛樂場所依然成行成市，比起怡翁一點也不遜色。

Maenam Beach & Bo Phut Beach 湄楠海灘及寶舖海灘

Both beaches are developed from small fishing villages and maintain a quiet and peaceful place. Quality resorts, smart restaurants and boutiques are main attractions for foreigners. The white sand and calm water makes it a popular sport for waterskiing, diving, swimming and sunbathing.
